Originally hailing from the United Kingdom, has also resided in Cyprus, gaining invaluable insights into the legal landscapes of both nations. Her exceptional educational journey has been shaped by her degree in L.L.B(Hons) and Masters completed in the U.K, further enhancing her expertise in the legal field. Having pursued her undergraduate studies in Law at a prestigious university in the UK, Bilgay Akil demonstrated outstanding academic achievements and a profound commitment to the legal profession. Building upon this foundation, she subsequently earned a Master’s degree in L.L.M. She is qualified lawyer registered at Turkish Cyprus Bar Association.
In 2011, Bilgay Akil joined Munir Akil Law Firm and since then, she has been an integral part of the firm bringing a fresh perspective and value to Law Firm as a new generation. Her dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to the field of law have propelled her to her current position as the Head of our Conveyancing and Probate Department.
